"How the Savior's Grace Applies to Both Me and My Family Member with a Disability
Up at 5. This was a disappointing day for me. First of all I left my I-pad plugged into the computer all night hoping it would restore and it did not. The connection broke and now I'm going to need to start over. I'm sad I even have to do this just because I can't remember the password.
Tanna never texted me back. Cammy says she can't go to lunch after saying she could go. I am annoyed with James. He spent the day working on the cabinet plans for the Peeler's kitchen but that's not why I'm annoyed with him. He had a headache and was grouchy.
It was almost 3:30 when we left for town to do errands. Our first stop was at Chase Bank to close our savings account and get the $300 which is in the account out. I'm tired of paying fees and not collecting any interest. On to Walmart to drop me off while James goes to the UPS store to run copies of the cabinet plans and then take them over to Lowe's. They wouldn't look at them at Lowe's because they said he needed to make an appointment. He made an appointment for next Tuesday.
The Bowen's were at Walmart. Heather was watching me shop and making comments about things I had in my basket. I hope I wasn't rude to her.
James got back to Walmart in time to help me check out. I spent $300. I swear groceries are going up every week! We stopped at Taco Bell on the way home for dinner. Back in Vernon I dropped James off at the church for his Elder's Quorum meeting. I had to go pick him up afterwards because Chuck had a missionary meeting. James was walking home, he walked a little over a mile. I picked up a pie Catherine Halcomb made for James for drawing plans for their porch. It was a fresh strawberry pie, my favorite!
I came home and put groceries away and then after going back to pick up James I went downstairs in the basement to put sheets on the bed and get the room ready for Stacy and Paul who are coming on Friday.
I watched a little Up TV and listened to Brother Sweat's book, "Seeker's Wanted." I also had a piece of strawberry pie. It was delicious!
