'Sustainable Societies'
Elder D. Todd Christofferson
What are the fundamentals that sustain a flourishing society, one that promotes happiness, progress, peace, and well-being among its members? We have scriptural record of at least two such thriving societies. What can we learn from them?

Restoration Proclamation

Others came as well, including Elijah, who restored the authority to join families together forever in eternal relationships that transcend death.

Terry, Dave, and James got up at daylight to go scouting for elk. They were back within a couple of hours, just before it started to rain. Dave and Terry left before James and I got a chance to say goodbye or to take a picture on the front porch. I guess they were anxious to get home.

It was rainy, windy, and cold all day long which set the mood for the media's announcement that Biden and Harris won the election. They got over 270 electoral votes but there is concern over voter fraud. We will have to wait and see what happens.

The way I see it, this is not good news!

More qualified for the job:

Wouldn't it be great if President Nelson could
be the president of the United States!

These two would be wonderful as the President
and First Lady

James went to town this afternoon to get horse feed He made a stop at Walmart and got me a mini-cheesecake. He said he didn't want any but of course he couldn't resist.

I watched Hope at Christmas, and Write Before Christmas both from last year while blogging and walking. James and I watched one of this year's movies, "Never Kiss a Man in a Christmas Sweater." It was raining so hard on our metal roof at times we had a hard time hearing the movie.

Evan and his chocolate cake. He
used to love the one from Costco.
