Jesus Christ, Mission of
DC 138:25 - Ministry
I marveled, for I understood that the Savior spent about three years in his ministry among the Jews and those of the house of Israel, endeavoring to teach them the everlasting gospel and call them unto repentance;

Paul says even the Savior Himself was made eternally "perfect or complete through sufferings." So guard against the satanic whispering that if you were a better person, you would avoid such trials.

'The Culture Of Christ'
Elder William K. Jackson
Charity, true Christlike caring, is the bedrock of this culture. We feel real concern for the needs of our fellowman, temporal and spiritual, and act on those feelings. This dispels prejudice and hatred.
We enjoy a culture of revelation, centered on the word of God as received by the prophets (and personally verifiable to each one of us through the Holy Ghost). All humankind can know the will and mind of God.

Restoration Proclamation
P8 S2
The earth will never again be the same, as God will "gather together in one all things in Christ" (Ephesians 1:10).

My monthly index total is now 1, 921.

Barbara Goodman's sister, Vicky, has Covid. She is the second in our "Come Follow Me" group to get it.

Stacy says Joshua has mono. It's going around the junior highs in the valley. One of Joshua's teachers says her daughter had it and she was out of school for six weeks. Poor Joshua.

Kathy Crane tested negative on her last Covid test so she and Chuck are on their way to the valley where Dr. Memon will do an angiogram on Kathy.

I had my second Covid test this afternoon. I won't get the results until tomorrow or Saturday. After my test I went to Walmart to look for Legos for Benson G.'s birthday. They had none. I get angry every time I go to this store. It's not good for me to shop here. I did find some snacks to go with the Valentine tags I bought from Marci Coombs on Etsy. I got Sprite, A&W rootbeer, Cheetos, and Oreos.
They didn't have Flipz or Doritos in the small packages. I am going to make a trip to the Taylor Walmart tomorrow.

To ease my frustration with the Show Low Walmart, I picked up some take out from Panda. I got a bowl of chow mien noodles with sesame chicken.

James was on his way home from the valley this afternoon and stopped to get another kind of horse feed because Luna doesn't care for the kind we have. He beat me home by about five minutes. He said the first pour at the Konkle's went very well. He hired someone to do the saw-cutting. It was nice to have him home. He brought me two burros from Burger House, one mixed green and one green. I couldn't tell which was the mixed so I just chose one that felt nice and fat. I was wrong. It was the green. I ate half of it and then saved the other half for tomorrow. I put my Panda in the bottom of the frig and will eat that tomorrow for lunch and will probably share it with James.

 James and I watched a couple of episodes of "Anne with an E". We also indexed and walked. I worked on my blog.
