'Let Patience Have Her Perfect Work, And Count It All Joy!'
Elder Jeremy R. Jaggi
Of the Seventy
Two years ago, my youngest brother, Chad, stepped through the veil. His transition to the other side left a hole in the heart of my sister-in-law Stephanie; their two small children, Braden and Bella; as well as the rest of the family. We found comfort in the words of Elder Neil L. Andersen in general conference the week before Chad died: "In the crucible of earthly trials, patiently move forward, and the Savior's healing power will bring you light, understanding, peace, and hope" (:Wounded," Ensign, Nov. 2018, 85).

Restoration Proclamation
P1 S3
By the power of the Father, Jesus rose again and gained the victory over death.

James left for the valley this morning. I watched a Christmas movie.
Luna was out this morning. She came running when she saw me walking towards the shed where we keep her food.

Jared and Kacey called to see what they could bring for Thanksgiving. I suggested a veggie tray or an appetizer and some plasticware to put leftovers in. They are brining Lola and Ruby with them. They stopped at Burger House and brought green mixed burros with them for both James and I. Thank you! They got here around 3:30.

Kim and Brian are not coming. Kim is having more dizzy spells and she is afraid to travel up here. We are sad but we understand.

Kim sent the ingredients for her pumpkin delight dessert with dad and Brian sent the huge pecan pie he bought at Costco. Jared made the pumpkin delight dessert this evening.

Jared loves to bake

Jared and his dessert on Thanksgiving day

James brought home the refrigerator Kim and Brian had in their garage. He took our small freezer down for them to use. We did a "switch." It is so great to have a second refrigerator, especially at Thanksgiving time.

Jared, Kacey, Charlie, and Molly got here around 3:30. The first thing Molly wanted to do was go on a Razr ride. I took her, Ruby, and Lola over to the ghost ranch. I let Molly and Ruby drive a little way on the way home. The only problem with Molly is that she pushes the limits and always wants more.

James got here later this evening and made the announcement that he lost his credit card. Again? He also brought some cranberry celebration although I told him that Darrel and Trina would be bringing some tomorrow. I guess you can't have too much.

For dinner we had our burros from Burger House. I made the kids some macaroni and cheese. Ruby and Molly get along great which would leave Lola out but Lola loves Charlie and they play together. Charlie calls her "Ola."

This evening we watched "The Grinch" on Netflix. It is the newer version. Molly says she is sick of it. She wanted to watch Heartland. She watched one episode.

Molly loved Salt River Canyon and
wanted to stop and take a picture
