Jesus Christ, Prophecies about
Jeremiah 33:15
In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.
Book of Mormon
Alma 22:15-26 What must one do to achieve eternal life?
My answer: It is through constant daily repentance and the gift of the Atonement of Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost that we can obtain Eternal Life. We give away all of our sins to know Him.

"Come Follow Me"
Family Scripture Study and FHE
69:1-2. Why is it important to be with people "who will be true and faithful"? (verse 1) How can I be a good influence on others?
70:1-4. In what sense could we be considered "stewards over the revelations and commandments"? (verse 3).

"Behold! I Am A God of Miracles"
Elder Ronald A. Rasband
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
We need the power to go on if it be Thy will.
Seven minutes after 6:00, as quickly as the power had gone out, it came back on. We had experienced a miracle.
President and Sister Nelson texted us with this message: "Ron, we want you to know that as soon as we heard the power was out, we prayed for a miracle."
In latter-day scripture it is written, "For I, the Lord, have put forth my hand to exert the powers of heaven; ye cannot see it now, yet a little while and ye shall see it, and know that I am, and that I will come and reign with my people."
Ten Virtues
#2
Honesty
Men and women of integrity understand intrinsically that theirs is the precious right to hold their heads in the sunlight of truth, unashamed before anyone.
Inklings
"As we look through a gospel lens, we recognize that we too are under the watchcare of a compassionate caregiver, who extends Himself in kindness and a nurturing spirit. The Good Shepherd knows each one of us by name and has a personal interest in us."
-Elder Gary E. Stevenson
James prayed last night that I would wake up tomorrow morning and would be able to go to my temple assignment. I am sorry to say that it did not happen. I'm not sure why, but I still can't lift or use my arm. Now I know what Elsa Johnson felt like before Joseph Smith healed her arm. I literally can't do anything with it. James got up and fixed me breakfast and we had prayer before he left. He also fed Luna and watered the lawn. He had to leave by 5:30 a. m.
James got to work under the direction of President Seaman and his wife Kim. Kim is the sister whose dad was my bishop and I remember her as a little blond haired girl in my ward. She was a good friend of Dennis's in school and she has a great sense of humor. He said she was hilarious during training. She said none of the sisters were to have lipstick on their teeth. She said she looked in the mirror and had lipstick on her teeth and that it was very distracting and she doesn't recommend it. She said no gum chewing but definitely mint popping was okay. No one who works in the temple should have bad breath. Sorry I missed Sister Seaman's discourse.
I was able to get 12,000 steps before 5 pm. That's my new goal. My arm still hurts but it's a little better although it did take me almost all day to post my blog. When James got home he fixed a bowl of stew for both of us. I had a piece of French bread with mine.
I watched a movie on my phone, "A Whirlwind Wedding" while working on my blog and doing some indexing. I also started another movie, "The Farm and Two Sisters".
Also watched "To Catch a Spy" with James on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
The Suns had their fourth playoff game with the Clippers. They won 84-80 which makes everyone in Arizona very happy! The standing for the Western Conference Finals is Suns 3 and Clippers 1. They play again on Monday. I hated the last 7 seconds of the game. It took more like 20 minutes because of the fouls.
