As you study your scriptures during the next six months, I encourage you to make a list of all that the Lord has promised He will do for covenant Israel. I think you will be astounded! Ponder these promises. Talk about them with your family and friends. Then live and watch for these promises to be fulfilled in your own life.
My dear brothers and sisters, as you choose to let God prevail in your lives, you will experience for yourselves that our God is "a God of miracles." As a people, we are His covenant children, and we will be called by His name. Of this I testify in the sacred name of Jesus Christ, amen.

James asked Sheri if she could send his computer screen and she said she did not have time which means James wants to make a trip town tomorrow or Friday to pick it up.
We had snow again this morning. The trees look absolutely beautiful! Right now it looks like a blizzard.
As I was listening to Follow Him with Hank Smith, John Bytheway, and Anthony Sweat they encouraged us to read Moses 2-5 along with D&C 29. Joseph Smith was doing his translation of Genesis at the same time as he received D&C 29, as a result much of Moses goes along with this section of the Doctrine and Covenants.
For lunch James took out leftovers from the frig and I cooked some fresh cauliflower and some navy beans with ham.
Even though this was a snow day, it melted very quickly. Poor Luna is a muddy mess. She is totally brown because she loves rolling in the mud. This evening I looked outside and saw a brown animal and thought it was an elk.
Luna is always waiting for feedin' time. James put oats on top of her other lunch. When he poured it in her "bucket" the oats were on the bottom. First she separated the oats from the other grains with her nose. She set the bucket down, picked it up with her teeth and tossed the other grain out on the ground. I think she was trying to send a message to James. We have a horse with an attitude.
James and I watched an older Hallmark movie filmed in Ireland starring Merritt Patterson and Jack Turner.
