Jesus Christ, Only Begotten Son
Moses 6:52
And he also said unto him: If thou wilt turn unto me, and hearken unto my voice, and believe, and repent of all thy transgressions, and be baptized, even in water, in the name of mine Only Begotten Son, who is full of grace and truth, which is Jesus Christ, the only name which shall be given under heaven, whereby salvation shall come unto the children of men, ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, asking all things in his name, and whatsoever ye shall ask, it shall be given you.

We may not yet be where we want to be, and we are not now where we will be. I believe the change we seek in ourselves and in the groups we belong to will come less by activism and more by actively trying every day to understand one another. Why? Because we are building Zion - a people "of one heart and one mind."
P9 S2
we affirm that God is making known His will for HIs beloved sons and daughters.
The Living Christ
P10 S3
He will rule as King of Kings and reign as Lord of Lords, and every knee shall bend and every tongue shall speak in worship before Him.
Off to a slow start this morning but once I got going I accomplished most of my goals. James and I had our gospel study and prayers together this morning and I listened to conference talks while walking.
I started my two pork roasts marinating this morning. This marinate is coke and brown sugar. This evening just before going to bed I drained the pork from the marinate and put it in the crockpot with more coke and brown sugar. These two pork roasts are going to cook for 8 hours on low and will be done when I wake up in the morning.
James is stressed about going to the valley tomorrow because he has been sick and now his lips and nose are broken out with sores. He's mostly worried about Darrel and Trina's kids. We texted Trina and she was so nice. She did not seem worried about him coming and told him "it would be fine." That eased his worry a great deal.
Today was Jackson Allen's wedding in the valley. There is a reception in Show Low next Saturday that we will probably go to or at least send a card. We love Jackson and the Allen family.
James and I watched an older Hallmark movie called, "The Color of Rain," starring Lacey Chabert and Warren Christie. Lacey's husband dies and Warren's wife dies while their kids are still young. The two families begin doing activities together and eventually Lacey's character and Warren's fall in love. At the end of the movie they get married and everyone lives 'happily ever after' but not without challenges and trials beforehand. This movie is based on a true story and was done really well. We loved it. We also watched an episode of Anne before going to bed. Anne has just turned 16 and is looking forward to going to college. There was no new Hallmark movie this Saturday. I walked 10,066 steps today.
