It was 83 degrees today, a record high for this date.
Sheri texted me today and ask if she could have a copy of our wedding picture. Our wedding photo is very faded. Our photographer used a Polaroid camera and the picture was blown up. I sent it to Sheri and she said she loved it. I'm glad.
I talked with Stacy on the phone today. She is very worried about Adam's health. He does not take care of himself and she is worried he is going to lose his feet. She doesn't know how to help because he won't listen to her. I have a friend from high school who passed away a couple of years ago. He had his feet amputated before he passed away because of poor circulation. This was caused by high blood sugars which is Adam's problem.
Stacy also said that Joshua was filling out college applications when she asked him if he was going to go on a mission. His comment was: "I'm thinking about it."
Scarlett's birthday gift is going to be late so I sent her a card with $7 in it. I hope it gets there on her birthday. I mailed it when James and I went to town this afternoon. James came home from work early today just to go to town with me. My main reason for going is to get my bloodwork done. I have an order from Dr. Moffat and from Rana at AARA.
It was overcast skies when James dropped me off at Sonoran Quest Lab. He took the car to get gas and run a couple of errands.
No one was in the waiting area when I walked in. I checked in and sat down to wait. It was ten minutes or so when I was called back. A girl with short hair, a small nose ring, and arm tatoos whose name was Jules took care of me and drew my blood. She was friendly and I really liked her. She was efficient and caring.
James picked me up and we drove across the highway to LaCasita for a late lunch. I had a cheese enchilada with red sauce with rice and beans, just like I did last time. I couldn't eat it all so I took half of it home. James ordered his chicken enchilada with green sauce and a side of beans. Afterwards we headed to Walmart. We are so predictable.
I bought less than $40 worth of groceries before we headed home.
I took a nap. I am not feeling well. It's hard to do everything I want because I feel so lousy. I'm going to keep trying though.
