An important part of Heavenly Father's plan is the opportunity to communicate with Him anytime we want.

Restoration Proclamation
P1 S4
He is our Savior, our Exemplar, and our Redeemer.

James called Elder Miller and Elder Falslev and they came to help him move the couch in that he brought from Darrel and Trina's. It took some moving around but we finally got the couches set up they way we wanted them. James took the old broken loveseat and the corner section of the sectional to the dump. It cost him $12 to dump it. Lame.

More places to set in our family room

James gave the missionaries a loaf of pumpkin bread for helping us today.

James went to the post office today and we had lots of mail. That's because we have not picked it up for a couple of days. I am getting still getting books to sell but this will be the last of them because I have quit buying them.

I texted with Tanna today to see how she was and ask her about the baby. I read to James from "Key Lime Pie" and listened to "Dragon Watch 4" while I walked. At 5 pm we had a Relief Society presidency meeting here at our house. Tamara was the first to arrive and then Kerri and Maxine came together. Kerri gave the opening prayer and then Tamara went over the notes from ward council. The bishop wants all of the sisters to listen to the women's session of general conference and take notes on it. He also said he was going to ask those who came in to tithing settlement if they were working on food storage.

We talked about Ginger and I texted her and got her birthday. She was born in the same year as Tamara and is 55. Now Tamara will give her name to Brother Diewald so he can get her records and then we can assign her ministering sisters.

Kerri brought an HDMI cord and we connected my computer to the TV and brought up the church website and the ministering page where we went to proposed assignments. We made lots of changes which will need Bishop Hunsaker's approval. Our meeting wasn't over until 8:30 when Tamara said the closing prayer.

My new partner is Jean and Chelsea, my neighbor is now one of the sisters I visit.

Tanna's baby, Bradley. He was born the
end of August.
