A Bicentennial Proclamation To The World
P2S2
He had questions regarding the salvation of his soul and trusted that God would direct him.

As I woke up this morning I remember something my friend Ruth Gale did when her kids still lived at home. She wrote on the ceiling over their bed: "Roll out on your knees." Ruth was so creative and clever. She was definitely one of the people I looked up to while living in Chandler. Now she lives in Snowflake and I still get to see her from time to time.

I got my book shipment all boxed up and ready to ship. I also sold a merchant fulfilled book and got it ready to go too. I put plastic bags over some of my merchant fulfilled books outside in the garage to keep them from getting dusty.

Alex found James a truck online. A 2019 crew cab 4WD 2500 for $28,000. I told James he better hurry and call on it because it would be gone quick. He did, it was, already gone.

James borrowed Chuck's truck and trailer to go to town today. He had to pick up more pipe for the fence so that's why he needed the trailer. I went with him because we want to buy a dog kennel for Sheri's dog who are coming up with them this weekend. James saw one at Tractor Supply this week when he went into town in the car but couldn't get it because it wouldn't fit in the car. When we went by today, the kennel was gone. They had one for $300 but James didn't want to spend that much. We checked at Cal-Ranch but they had the same one Tractor Supply had for $300. I tried to talk James into getting the $300 kennel but he did not want to spend that much money.

I was sad. I really wanted to do this for Sheri. I didn't come home completely empty handed thought. I did go to Walmart and get another garbage can.

Taco Bell is changing their menu. James stopped and went in to order us a couple of Mexican pizzas but they said they no longer have those. His other favorites are the chicken quesadilla, and the crunch wrap which are both gone. He got us some crunchy tacos because they don't have tostados either. How lame. Anxious to see if their new menu items are any good.

Read from "English Trifle." It is starting to get good. Sadie is locked in a vegetable locker with John Henry who is dead.

Chuck's truck is old, probably almost as old as Lexy but it is immaculately clean. He takes such good care of it and I told James he could not eat in it. I am a hypocrite because I ate my two tacos while waiting for him at Tractor Supply. I was very careful not to make a mess. I didn't want James to eat while he was driving.

Book Profits, the name of the company that trained me in the book selling business, has locked me out of their site. I have not been charged any fees for the last year so I thought maybe the $197 a month fee was only for the first year. I guess they tried to charge my credit card they have on file but since it is an old one it did not go through. Even though I think $197 a month is a little steep, if I am going to continue doing the business I need their research software to buy new books. I sent an email to the support team. They tell me to go on the site and register a new credit card. I would be happy to do that if I could get on the site!!

I was going to come home and clean downstairs and in our bedroom and bath but it was later than I had anticipated and I was too tired. James and I both took a quick nap on the recliners. When my nap was over I blogged and walked. That's all for today folks.

Nothing goes in these containers unless
it is bagged. We burn all cardboard boxes
in the firepit.

Some shipping boxes, merchant fulfilled
books, and car cleaning supplies. At the
bottom are some shoes. To the side the box with
the blue lid is for Goodwill or D.I.
