There was snow on the road from Payson all the way through Heber. It looked like this:
I only saw one car that had slid off the road and lots of help was on the way. I stopped at Arby's in Show Low then at Walgreen's to pick up a prescription for James. It is freezing cold outside!
I made it up the hill at our place without any problems with my new tires. It was 46 degrees inside the cabin. I turned up the heat and then went out to the pump house to turn on the water. After the water came on I turned off all the faucets and then turned the hot water heaters on.
It took me awhile to unload my suitcases and 17 boxes. I didn't take all of the boxes upstairs, only half.
It was cold so I snuggled under my blanket and took a nap and watched some TV. I am afraid I was a little lazy.
Back in the valley James had a meeting at the Chandler Airport with Bob Horne about the work he is doing for him. While he was there Heather flew in with her three kids. She recognized James as "Stacy's Dad."
Heather and Stacy were best friends in high school and junior high.
James was home by 9 pm. He brought burros from Burger House. We watched Person of Interest and then went to bed. Baby it's cold outside!
