Exodus 4: Implicit faith and obedience conquer all difficulties.
James had an appointment at 7:45 this morning at the Virtuous Pain Center to get injections in his upper back for pain. On the way to town James got the dry heaves. He took some Tramadol on an empty stomach and I suppose that's what caused it. I dropped him off at VPC at 7:30 and went on to do my shopping at Walmart.
This is the best time of day to shop at Walmart as the store is not crowded at all. I am doing my weekly shopping along with buying the food I am assigned to bring to the potluck on Saturday. I am bringing beans, rolls, and corn. James called while I was shopping saying he was finished and would begin walking to Walmart. I finished my shopping and checked out. I picked up James in front of the hospital annex. He then informed me he needs to go to Home Depot to get materials for treating the logs. I waited in the car and watched an episode of Murdoch while James shopped.
Stacy reached out to family about Jared Ammon. He has been "clean" for six weeks but his girl friend has left him and he feels all alone. Tanner is still struggling so I put both of their names on the Snowflake temple prayer roll.
"The greatest example of proving and strengthening occurred through the Savior's Atonement. ...He proved faithful in every moment."

Exodus 5:2
And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD God, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.
