Forgiveness
'Forgiving What You Can't Forget'
I was up at 4:15 this morning and James was up at 4:30 for a concrete pour at the Crane's pump house. He told me to pray for him so I prayed that his help would show up and that things would go well.
I am not feeling well. I was going to go to the temple with the Relief Society sisters, but I am pretty miserable and just not feeling up to it. I have stiff and sore arms, and hands and I am sore between the shoulder blades. I drank a protein shake and took two Tramadols and two Tylenols and put the heating pad on my neck and went to sleep on the family room recliner. It's around 7:30 when I wake up. I call AARA and they call me in a Prednisone prescription. Also I am to see Dr. Kumar on June 25th when I go in for my infusion.
James pour went well except for some surface cracks. It was windy today and James used Chris Pronger's water trailer to keep the concrete watered down.
I felt better this afternoon. James and I went to town. We picked up my Prednisone and a prescription for James and did some shopping. When we were coming home we picked up dinner at Culver's. James got his cod fillet sandwich and I got the strawberry fields chicken salad. Culver's really does have good food. You can even get steamed broccoli!. We did not eat in the car but waited until we got home and ate at the dining room table like most people do.
James carried in the groceries and I put them away while he went in to take a nap. I worked on finishing my steps.
I framed the picture of the Savior I got from David Bowman. It looks beautiful!
Today the "Come Follow Me" lesson was on forgiveness. There was a power video about a man named Chris Williams who forgave a drunk driver who killed his pregnant wife and a couple of his children. It is so powerful! I also listened to Sister Yee's conference address, "Beauty for Ashes: The Healing Path of Forgiveness" (OGC 2022).
James ruined our sauna blanket. He turned it on thinking it was his electric blanket and since it was folded up, it melted and is no longer useable. So sad.
I had swollen feet this evening so I soaked them in Epsom salt water.

D&C 64:9
Wherefore, I say unto you, that ye ought to forgive one another; for he that forgaveth not his brother his trespasses standeth condemned before the Lord; for there remained in him the greater sin.
