Whatever is on you to-do list, give equal time, not spare time, to the Lord in personal scripture study, family study of Come, Follow Me, prayer, Church callings, ministering, partaking of the sacrament, worshipping in the temple, and pondering the things of God.
Affirmation: I am hastening my holiness as I do my part to help the kingdom of God grow. I consecrate my time to the Lord as I seek to gather Israel and grow closer to Him.
I got up at 5:16 this morning. By now you have probably realized that I do not use an alarm clock. I never used an alarm in college and so many of my college friends would have me wake them up rather than set their alarms. I was up at 2 and then at 3:42 to let Tom out.
James hurried to town this morning to UPS overnight his 7 page letter to the R.O.C. It cost him $50 but if it's not received before Saturday there will be adverse consequences. I took a call from someone from ROC reminding us about receiving the letter. I told her what James was doing and she said there was no need to mail it that email would be fine. I decided I would email the letter, just to be safe.
I finished my "Lady Flyer" book today about Nancy Love. It was a good book, but I think James would find it a little boring.
I spent several hours emailing James's letter to the ROC. First of all I could not find the saved letter in my documents. I am not sure where my 2025 documents are being saved to. I had to figure out how to work the scanner on my printer and scan all seven pages. My computer kept freezing, which didn't help matters. It took two emails but I got the letter sent as backup in case UPS overnite fails. James paid $50 so it better not fail!
I got my steps before 430 this afternoon because of Bunco. I worked on my blog, I finished one day, but I'm still posting pictures. Posting the pictures it was takes so much time.
For my Bunco gift I gave a wooden birthday calendar that Lois and Dawn gave me. Since I already have one, I am giving this one a way. Here is a picture of the one I have, which was made by my brother Harold. Bunco was at Oksana's, the only member of our group who is not a member of the Church. Maybe she will take the missionary discussions since she has so many LDS friends. I love all of the women in this group so much!
Amy Reynold went on a retreat with her two girls and some other family members so she wasn't here tonight. Janna's mom, Patsy Tedder subbed for her. I love Patsy just as much as I love Amy.

2. Honor priesthood ordinances and covenants. Have reverence for the sacred. Covenant vs. Convenience.
3. Root out duplicity and hypocrisy in an attempt to hide our sins. D&C 4:5 - Have an eye single to the glory of God.
