The first complete day without diet soda. I was tired all day. I alternated between water and Crush pineapple powder. James made me some hot chocolate this evening. He also made cinnamon rolls this afternoon, did the dishes, and put the sheets on the beds upstairs and down in the basement. He made a fire when I said I was cold. I can't imagine anyone treating me any better. He is my sweetheart!
I have my lesson this week and hopefully will spend the time I need to be prepared, plus make my handouts.
James and I signed Sheri's birthday card this morning, forgetting that today is a holiday and the mail doesn't go out. I will mail it tomorrow. I can't believe our baby girl is going to be 50.
Tom slept most of the day in the house. I love watching him sleep.
Giving up diet soda is going to be more difficult that I thought. Elder Christofferson's talk, "Burying Our Weapons of Rebellion" has encouraged me to make this decision as part of my stewardship to take better care of my body.
