We had family prayer at 4:32 a.m. Afterwards James left for the valley. He is going to help Armando on the Bama Barbershop job on Ray and Alma School in Chandler.
They are missing hair traps on the 16 sinks they ordered for the barbershop/barber school. This is going to hold the job up longer and Daryl Johnson is not going to be happy.
We still have a final payment coming on this job and $30,000 from the Chacon job. James is working with the insurance company on the Chacon job.
Tom and I are home alone. He comes in the house, gets something to eat, and then disappears. He probably went upstairs into James office. He likes to sleep in his chair. I like it when he sleeps down here in our bedroom or in the family room on the "high" chairs. I love to look at him when he's asleep.
I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but I'm going to say it again if I did. Colby Maxwell is James's salesman at the lumber store where he is buying the lumber for the Hipps's job. Colby gave him a really good price on the lumber he bought.
Today was slow but steady. My arm is still hurting. I took "cat" naps throughout the day. I worked on my closet and cleaned out the refrigerator. I did two blog posts, walked 12,000 miles and listened to Elaine and Barbara on "Walk with Him" discuss Elder Andersen's conference talk about temples.
I went out to feed the horses this evening but I couldn't get the gate open where James is keeping the feed. James got home after 9 and he went out and fed them.
I'm discouraged about all of the "junk" lying around our place. I told James about it and he promised me he would do something about it. I hope so.
Reading the book, "A Provincial Peer."
James stepped on Tom's tail and now Tom is afraid of him.
