'Adorned with the Virtue of Temperance'
Elder Ulisses Soares
Autumn sent me Benson's three month pictures. He is three months old today and is so adorable!
Tom was inside all day and all night. He really did miss us.
James went out to cut down trees and saw them up for firewood. He came back in and said there was something wrong with the gas pedal, it is stuck in the down position.
James was working on his computer and came to me with a cord I had never seen before and asked me what it went to. He said he found it in his computer bag. I remembered him working at Jared & Kacey's kitchen table and sitting in the same spot where Kacey sat working on her tablet. I figured it was probably her tablet charger. Yes, her charger is missing and I guess she has been looking everywhere for it. All of her notes for the Primary program are on her tablet. We told her we would overnight the charger but she said she was going to try and get her information off of Jared's computer.
Nevertheless, we need to send it back as soon as possible.
We went to town this afternoon and I dropped James off at the UPS store with the boxed charger while I went to Walmart. He ended up paying the cost of guaranteeing the package would get there by Friday. Overnighting it cost twice as much.
After finishing our shopping at Walmart we went to Circle K for gas and a carwash before heading home. It was a beautiful 77 degrees, sunny and no wind.
We were grateful to see that Kim did some of our puzzle for us. Every little bit helps. Also Brian left us some homemade pumpkin cheesecake and some pasta fagoli soup with the pasta on the side.
Kim shared her pictures of the fall leaves, the one of Brian and Tom, and the turkeys in our yard.
Scott Tibbetts cancer has returned and Christina, his sister has a tumor that needs to be removed. I put both of their names on the Snowflake temple prayer roll.
I did two blog posts today and walked my 12,000 steps.
