I slept in because I was awake during the night with sciatic nerve pain. My night went something like this: I woke up somewhere around 12:30 to go to the bathroom. I was up again at 2:37 with sciatic pain so I took a Tylenol and did some walking for about ten minutes until the pain subsided a little and the Tylenol kicked in. I lie down for awhile and then I'm up again around 4:30. I eat something and take some Tramadol and try to get another hour of sleep. It is pretty miserable and I am tired most of the next day.

James and I had prayer, Book of Mormon, and Come Follow Me, and then James went to T-Bo's to help him move a fence to make his garden plot 750 feet bigger. T-Bo asked for help yesterday in priesthood meeting. James and Rick Lauritzen were the only ones who showed up to help so it took longer to finish that they thought it would. James was home around noon.

Tom hung around the house today and took a nap by me and then one by James. I managed to pay some bills today and work on my blog. James trimmed our big pinon tree. The one in the side yard that I can see from my bedroom door. The on I call my Christmas tree. Our brush pile grows bigger as there is still a no-burn policy.

D&C 46:7
But ye are commanded in all things to ask of God, who giveth liberally; and that which the Spirit testifies unto you even so I would that ye should do in all holiness of heart, waling uprightly before me, considering the end of you salvation, doing all things with prayer and thanksgiving, that ye may not be seduced by evil spirits, or doctrines of devils, or the commandments of men; for some are of men, and others of devils.
