Jesus Christ, Prophecies about
2 Nephi 25:13
Behold, they will crucify him; and after he is laid in a sepulchre for the space of three days he shall rise from the dead, with healing in his wings; and all those who shall believe on his name shall be saved in the kingdom of God. Wherefore, my soul delighteth to prophesy concerning him, for I have seen his day, and my heart doth magnify his holy name.

As we develop faith in Jesus Christ, we should also strive to become like Him. We then approach others with compassion and try to alleviate unfairness where we find it; we can try to make things right within our sphere of influence. Indeed, the Savior directed that we "should be anxiously engaged in a good cause, and do many things of our own free will, and bring to pass much righteousness.

We believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, revelation, visions, healing, interpretation of tongues, and so forth.

Inklings
Affirmation:
I am prepared for a time such as this, with everything I need to fulfill my divine roles. I choose to show up ready and willing, knowing He will sanctify my efforts and imperfections.

Not a good day for me. From recliner to the bed, and back again. I had scriptures and prayer with James and then I watched the new Hannah Swenson movie starring Allison Sweeney and Cameron Mathison.  I also watched an old Jane Doe episode starring Lea Thompson. I finally took a shower and it felt wonderful. Because of nausea I only took two aspirin and four tramadol today and some Ivermectin.

James and I both signed Rowan's birthday card and I got in the car and drove to Show Low, went through the post office drive thru and dropped the card in the slot and drove back home. The shortest roundtrip I've ever made, did it in an hour.

James stayed home to work on the LaCroix patio plans.

My ministering sister Barbara brought over ice cream bars, Taylor corn, zucchini bread, rolls, and Hawaiian haystacks for us today. I ate dinner while re-watching "The 27 Hour Day."

I talked to my temple co-ordinator, Sister Elmer and told her we had Covid. She and her husband had it a couple of weeks ago. She told us not to worry about getting subs, to just get well! That is such a relief!

Our friend Anthony is sick. He has already had Covid once but he thinks he has it again. James was going to have him take his plans in tomorrow but he ask Collin, our ministering brother instead. He will come by in the morning and pick them up. Chuck has been picking up our mail for us.

James found a small carton of apple juice and brought it to me. He knows that's my favorite drink when I am sick besides water.

My Dad's headstone arrived today. It looks like they did a good job. I can hardly wait to get it set at the cemetery. I want to totally surprise Harold and Dennis.
